Three Hurt in Sunday Afternoon Auto Accident in DeKalb County

Three people were hurt in a two-vehicle accident, taking place early Sunday afternoon in DeKalb County.

According to the Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville, that wreck occurred at 1:45pm on County Road 515 – involving a 2010 Chevrolet driven by 18 year old Ashley Endress and a 2001 Isuzu being driven by 30 year old Jennifer Chambers.

Both drivers were listed as receiving injuries, along with a passenger in the Chambers vehicle, 23 year old Crystal Hardeman – all three individuals are from Rainsville.

No additional information regarding the extent of their injuries was immediately available.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
