No matter how bad things are goin’ in your life at least you haven’t been arrested for getting into a fight over a cigarette.
That is, unless your name is Chastity Summerville of Silver Creek.
Summerville allegedly bit another woman on the arm after getting into a tussle over a cigarette.
She’s also accused of threatening the woman in front of a ten year old child.
According to jail reports Summerville was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery, felony Terroristic Threats & Acts and Cruelty to Children.
If there was ever a good reason to give up smoking – this is it.
