No, it’s not a trendy new clothing store – or even a nightclub.
It’s how 26 year old Jeffrey Michael Fletcher greeted several Rome City Police Officers Sunday.
Law enforcement arrived to find the Cartersville man completely “undraped” at 326 Broad Street and he offered no explanation as to why he was walking around completely naked – although the Public Drunkenness charge he was hit with may provide us with at least one clue.
Officers asked Fletcher to dress himself – which he did without complaint.
He was then taken to jail and given a brand new set of clothes – all orange.
