Lookout Mountain Drug Task Force recently made two arrests in Chattooga County.
Sheriff Mark Schrader said that agents with the multi-county drug task force executed a warrant Wednesday and raided the home of a man that allegedly sold drugs to an undercover agent on Old Highway 27 in Trion.
Lawayne Dale Calaway was charged with possession of a Schedule II drug and possession of methamphetamine.
The Lookout Mountain Drug Task Force also arrested a Lyerly man on Wednesday.
33-year old Jason Matthew Newton was charged with possession of a Schedule IV drug along with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and charged with selling methamphetamine.
