With Memorial Day a week away, gas prices in Alabama are on the rise.
According to the website gasbuddy.com, the average price for a gallon of unleaded in Alabama on Sunday was 3-dollars and 28 cents.
Here is Centre, unleaded can be purchased for as low as 3.26 a gallon.
The lowest price in Piedmont was 3.15.
It was as low as 3.21 a gallon on Sunday in Gadsden while you could fill up for 3.24 in Fort Payne.
Our neighbors in Georgia are paying a little more for gas.
The statewide average is 3.45.
The lowest price we found in Rome was 3-dollars and 39 cents, while the cheapest gallon of gas in Summerville was 3-dollars and 38 cents.
The national average, as of Sunday, was 3.68.
