David Mark Tanner, age 30 of Starke, Fl, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 3:38 pm.

Chantel Maggie Blount, age 25 of Panama City Beach, Fl, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 7:39 pm.

Brandi Nicole Akins, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 10:50 pm.

Fraudulent Use of Debit/Credit Card – Occurred at 400 37^th Street NE, charges of $920.00 were made without authorization

Burglary – Occurred at 304 11^th Street SE, furniture and books were damaged, valued at $500.00

Fraudulent Use of Debit/Credit Card – Occurred at 203 Maple St NW, charges of $707.00 were made without authorization

Cory John Silcox, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 2:48 am.

Miranda Diane Burt, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:56 am.

Pascual Miguel Pablo Jr. age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Open Container and Underage Possession of Alcohol at 7:53 am.

Alfredo Miguel Gomez, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container and Public Intoxication at 7:53 am.

Kyle Russer Wynn, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 11:12 am.
