According to the Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville – two people were injured Sunday afternoon in a Highway 68 accident in Cherokee County.
That wreck took place at 12:20pm and involved a 2008 Honda being driven by 26 year old Sarah Meadows of Cedar Bluff and a 2006 Chevrolet driven by 70 year old Arene Bates of Collinsville
The accident report listed both drivers as being injured however no additional information regard -ing the extent of their injuries was available.
That accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
