Emergency personnel responded to a two-vehicle wreck – at the intersection of Cedar Bluff Road and the bypass in Centre – early Wednesday morning; one of those vehicles, a 2007 Dodge Nitro, driven by 36 year old Hennae Moon of Centre, rolled over as a result of the collision.
Moon was transported to Cherokee Medical Center for treatment of her injuries.
Jerry Norton of Centre, driving a 2005 Ford F-150, fortunately escaped injury.
the Centre Police and Fire Departments, the Rescue Squad and Cherokee EMS – all responded to the scene.
The accident, which took place at 5:55am – remains under investigation.
