A Floyd County teenager is facing a felony Rape charge.
According to jail records – 18 year old Steven Francis Silva of Rome, is being held without bond following his arrest Friday; Silva stands accused of forcibly having sex with a woman at a Floyd Springs Road residence.
The investigation into the matter is on-going.
