On Monday, Gadsden detectives arrested a 30 year old Gadsden resident, on a felony warrant for theft by fraudulent leasing for her part in an incident that took place on January 1st.
At that time the manager of Home Smart Rental on Meighen Boulevard told police that a 30 year old subject – Andrea Michelle Martin – had failed to new the contract term, or return, the laptop computer she’d leased, which had a value of $629.
Martin was arrested and is being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
