Firefighters from Cedar Bluff, Gaylesville & Centre were called to the scene of what was initially thought to have been a structure fire at a location on County Road 189 just after 1:00 Saturday afternoon.
Gaylesville and Cedar Bluff Firefighters arrived to actually find a vehicle fully engulfed in flames sitting in the driveway next to the home. The vehicle was completely destroyed and it is not known what caused the fire. Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies were also called to the scene.
The fire is under investigation.
