The next regular meeting of the Cherokee County Board of Education is coming up on Tuesday at the Central Board Office in Centre beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Items on the agenda include; adoption of the agenda, approval of minutes from previous meetings, the receipt of the January 2018 Bank Reconciliation, Cash Balance and Financial Report, the adoption of a Resolution naming the Spring Garden High School Basketball court in the Dale Welsh Gym as Ricky Austin Court, approval to Extend CNP Milk Services bid with Mayfield, acceptance of Cedar Bluff Exclusivity of Beverages bid and Cedar Bluff lawn care bid, personnel items, approval of Professional Development, Review of Job Postings, a Student Disciplinary Hearing and any other business which may become before the board.

The board regularly meets on the first and third Tuesday’s of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Central Office in Centre and are always open to the public.
