John W. Bullard, 81, of Fort Payne, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Adamsburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 4 until 7 p.m.
